Love my new mornings!

Oh my goodness, Yoga Wake Up is fantastic! I started with the restorative yoga and sun salutations, and it has completely changed how I begin my day. I used to dread my alarm, but now I actually look forward to the gentle wake-up and the breathing exercises. The mindfulness sessions are so calming and help set a positive tone. I've tried a few of the stress relief sessions too, and they're wonderful. I'm definitely going to keep my annual subscription and have already told my sister about it. I can't believe I didn't try this sooner!

Changed my mornings

Bought the annual subscription. Love the morning yoga. Easy to use app. Delivery was instant. Waking up is much better now.

Interesting concept, needs polish

I tried Yoga Wake Up after hearing about it. The idea of waking up to guided meditation instead of a jarring alarm is brilliant, and the bedside yoga sessions are a great way to start the day. I really enjoyed the expert led audio classes; the instructors were clear and encouraging. However, I did find the app occasionally a bit slow to load on my older phone, which was a minor annoyance when I was trying to start my morning routine quickly. Delivery of the service itself (the app access) was immediate, which was good. It's a thoughtful product, but a little performance tweak would make it even better. Still, a good overall experience.

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for a new wellness app and Yoga Wake Up caught my eye. The 7-day free trial was a nice perk, letting me try out the morning yoga sequences before committing. I ended up getting the annual subscription because it offered a significant discount over paying monthly. It felt like a solid investment for the guided meditation and energizing flows. I even saw some holiday sales mentioned, so it's good to know they offer savings often. Overall, I think I got good value for my money with this purchase.

Hey, does Yoga Wake Up ever do Black Friday deals? I'm thinking of getting the annual sub but wondering if I should wait a bit.

H Hannah J. 1 week ago
Oh yeah, pretty sure they do. I got my annual plan last year during their Black Friday sale, got a pretty sweet discount. Worth waiting a bit if you're not in a rush.

I think I saw something about a holiday sale last December too, so they definitely have seasonal promotions. Keep an eye out around November.

Thinking of trying Yoga Wake Up, but wondering how it compares to Calm or Headspace? Are the yoga flows actually good or just super basic?

M Michelle Phillips 1 week ago
I've used all three! Yoga Wake Up is way more focused on the movement side, like gentle stretches right when you wake up. Calm and Headspace are more pure meditation. If you want actual yoga in bed, YWU is better, but if you just want to clear your head, the others might be more up your alley. The flows are good for beginners, not super advanced though.

Yeah, I use YWU for the morning routine and Headspace for evening meditations. They're different enough to justify both if you're into that. YWU is definitely for easing into the day with some movement.

Is Yoga Wake Up good for someone who's never done yoga before? Like, seriously never even touched my toes level.

J Justin Thomas 1 month ago
Absolutely! That's exactly why I started. They have a ton of beginner sequences and everything is audio-guided, so you don't even have to look at your phone. It's all designed for in-bed, so no fancy poses.

Yep, total beginner friendly. The sessions are short too, so you don't feel overwhelmed. You can just do what feels good.

Does Yoga Wake Up have a free trial? I want to see if I actually stick with it before paying for a whole year.

E Eric Hill 1 week ago
Yeah, they do! I got a 7-day free trial when I first signed up through the app. You can try it out for a week and then decide.

Confirmed, there's a free trial. Just make sure to cancel before it ends if you don't want to get charged, same as any other app.

Can you use Yoga Wake Up offline? My bedroom sometimes has spotty wifi and I don't want my morning routine to get interrupted.

A Alex D. 3 weeks ago
I'm pretty sure you can download the sessions for offline use. I usually download a few if I'm traveling and don't want to rely on hotel wifi.

Yeah, you can. I always download my favorite ones just in case my internet decides to be flaky. It's super convenient.
